Bangor University Project: 12 Week Project

Our involvement in this Grade 2 Listed £5 million pound development for Bangor  University was to refurbish all of the windows on the property being developed for two separate projects, The Bilingual Centre and The Drop In Centre. This again was a relatively tight programme period and involved the refurbishment of existing single glazed windows, replacement of several sashes too badly damaged to repair, a large amount of timber repairs, refurbishment of large dormer roof lights, new inserts manufactured and installed into the original frame and several sill replacements. The work was undertaken on time and within the original budget.
