We want you to be as pleased with our purchasing and installation process, as you will be with the outstanding quality of our finished products. Our aim is to ensure that you want to recommend us to others!

We want to provide you with the highest standards of customer care and provide the very best working relationship for your ease and peace of mind.

The office opening hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday and you will always be speaking to either Jeff Gordon, our Office Manager who is trained and experienced in the full aspect of the business, or Andrew Moon the Owner and Managing Director of Sash Windows Northwest.

Jeff and Andrew are the fore runners of the business and will be the backbone of your experience and relationship with us. You will always have the opportunity to speak to either of them to give you the best advice and care guaranteed to meet your needs.

From your initial contact via survey request or phone call, we will make a prompt survey appointment to assess your window needs. This will be carried out by Andrew or Jeff and they will provide a detailed inspection and discussion of your windows, our products, services and comprehensive advice.

We are NOT sales representatives or sales surveyors and do NOT work on a commission basis. We are a family run firm and we are proud to be able to provide a free, no obligation quotation, with the best advice taken from our years of experience.

We will return to the office armed will all the information and quotation of your windows and aim for you to receive your quote within 3-5 working days. We choose to do this because we want to give you the most realistic price and the best advice, which we believe can not be done with a quotation handed to you straight after survey …… (later only to find all the extras and extra cost once you approve the work) with no thought or effort given. We do not perceive you as just another client in a long list of others because we know how unique you, and every property is. We take PRIDE in our work.

Once you have received your quotation and you want to proceed with the work we will always strive to make arrangements for the dates to be suitable to yourselves. A letter of confirmation will be sent along with our working practices.

The work is  guaranteed for 5 years.
